Spiral Path (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates the Blueprint Activation experience at spiralpath.link. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Information you give us. Your email address, your name (if you provide it), and the answers you give in the free quiz and the paid assessment. Your answers may include personal reflections about your life, memories, and beliefs.
• Payment information. Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details — Stripe processes those. We receive confirmation of payment and limited transaction details.
• Information collected automatically. Basic technical and usage data (such as device and browser type and pages viewed) and, if you arrive from an ad or link, marketing attribution parameters (for example, utm_source). Some information is stored in your browser’s local storage to run the experience, such as your session and quiz progress.

How we use your information

• To generate and deliver your personalized Blueprint reading and PDF.
• To email your reading to you and provide customer support.
• To send follow-up and occasional marketing emails, which you can opt out of at any time (see “Your choices”).
• To operate, secure, and improve the service, and to understand which channels bring people to Spiral Path.

AI generation of your reading

To create your reading, the answers you submit are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic), which generates the written Blueprint. Your answers are processed to produce your reading and are handled under that provider’s terms.

Service providers we use

We share information only with providers that help us run Spiral Path, each under its own privacy commitments:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — email delivery
• Anthropic — AI generation of your reading
• Convex — database and storage
• Vercel — website hosting

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and local storage

We use your browser’s local storage to keep your session, quiz progress, and purchase status so the experience works and you can return to your reading. We use basic analytics to measure how the funnel performs.

Your choices

• Email opt-out. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also use your mail app’s one-click unsubscribe. You will stop receiving marketing emails promptly.
• Access and deletion. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information — including your stored reading and email — by emailing hello@spiralpath.link. Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, and we honor those requests.

Data retention

We keep your reading and contact details so you can return to your reading and so we can support you, until you ask us to delete them or we no longer need them.

Children

Spiral Path is intended for adults (18 and older) and is not directed to children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; when we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above.
