What Spiral Path is

The Blueprint Activation is a digital self-reflection experience. You answer a series of questions and receive a personalized, AI-generated archetypal reading and a keepsake PDF.

Not professional advice

Your Blueprint is offered for personal insight, reflection, and entertainment only. It is not medical, mental-health, psychological, financial, legal, or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Spiral Path does not diagnose, treat, or provide therapy. If you are struggling or in crisis, please contact a licensed professional or your local emergency services. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions.

Purchase and payment

The Blueprint Activation is a one-time purchase of $22.22 (USD), processed securely by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize that charge.

Refunds

Because the Blueprint is a personalized digital product that is generated and delivered to you immediately, all sales are final. If you did not receive your reading or ran into a technical problem, email hello@spiralpath.link and we will make it right.

Your reading and our content

Your personalized reading is yours to keep and use for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. The Spiral Path name, framework, questions, designs, and underlying content are owned by Spiral Path and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without permission.

Acceptable use

Please don’t misuse the service — for example, don’t attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to it, and don’t use it for any unlawful purpose.

No guarantees

The experience is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee any particular outcome or result, or that the service will always be available or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spiral Path is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Spiral Path operates, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
